**Return Policy:**

At Cherished & Beloved LLC, our commitment is to provide you with high-quality products that meet or exceed your expectations. Our return policy is as follows:

**Eligibility:**
   - Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged.

**Conditions for Returns:**
   - To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged during transit.
   - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our Customer Service team immediately if you notice any damage.

**How to Initiate a Return:**
   - Contact our Customer Service team at contact@cherishedandbeloved.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
   - Clearly indicate your order number, provide a description of the damage, and include photos if possible.

**Return Shipping:**
   - We will provide instructions on the return process, and return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by Cherished & Beloved Print Shop LLC.

**Refund Process:**
   - Upon receiving and confirming the damage, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

**Exchanges:**
   - Exchanges are not applicable for damaged items. We will issue a refund for the damaged item, and you may place a new order if desired.

**Cancellations:**
   - Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders are processed, and cancellations are not possible.
